How shipping works

Your order ships from the partner brands that make each product. We send your order to each brand, and they pack it and ship it to you.

Orders in more than one package

If your order includes items from different brands, it can arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number, and you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as each package ships.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by brand and by where you live. After an item ships, your tracking link shows its progress.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your items and location. Enter your address at checkout to see the options available to you.

Wrong address or missing package

Email stshsnax@gmail.com with your order number as soon as you can. We can only change an address before an item ships.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right. See our FAQ for more answers.
